Children’s Yoga Instructor – Basic

Children’s yoga is gaining increasing importance in kindergartens, schools, and other institutions and is readily accepted by children. Children’s yoga is fun and introduces children to body and breathing exercises in a playful way. Additionally, it trains the postural muscles and flexibility of the “little ones.” After passing the final exam, you will receive a certificate and can teach children’s yoga independently.
