Description

Achieve greater physical well-being with simple techniques! The BOWEN® technique was developed by Tom Bowen in Australia and has since been successfully applied worldwide. The Bowen® technique aims to activate the body's self-healing powers and resolve lymphatic congestion through targeted movements in the muscle and tendon areas. This helps restore balance to the body. The Bowen® technique can be applied by anyone. It is suitable for all ages and primarily serves health promotion as well as performance improvement at work and in sports.

Requirements

Participation in the previous modules. First aid course

Course content

Module 7 focuses on the following body regions and topics:
Comprehensive review and deepening of practical and theoretical content
Piriformis
Perineum
Written and practical assessment (interim exam)

Target group

Anyone who wants to have an effective "home pharmacy" at hand for themselves and their relatives/friends. All healthcare professionals and individuals seeking new professional challenges (e.g., considering a career change).
