This course offers you a state-recognized training in the retail sector and prepares you specifically for the apprenticeship final examination as a Retail Sales Assistant.
The preparatory course consists of a basic module and a specialized module.
BASIC MODULE:
- a total of 3 face-to-face sessions at bfi-Klagenfurt
- weekly one live online teaching evening in webinar format
- self-study phase of approximately 5 hours per week over 12 weeks
SPECIALIZED MODULE:
- 8 live online teaching evenings
- 1 face-to-face session for course completion at bfi-Klagenfurt
- self-study phase of approximately 4 hours per week over 3 weeks
